Panovista Marketing provides AI SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and digital marketing consulting services. The specific scope of services will be outlined in individual client agreements.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms for our services are as specified in individual client agreements. All fees are due as per the agreed payment schedule. We accept payment in GBP, USD, and EUR.
4. Cancellation Policy
Monthly services can be cancelled with 4 weeks' notice. One-off services such as audits are non-refundable once work has commenced. Please refer to your specific service agreement for detailed cancellation terms.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Panovista Marketing and is protected by intellectual property laws. Deliverables produced for clients become their property upon full payment.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide accurate information and effective services, Panovista Marketing cannot guarantee specific results from AI SEO or marketing activities. Search engine algorithms and AI systems are outside our control.
7. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and data. We will not disclose client information to third parties without consent, except where required by law.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
